Returns & Exchanges

We want you to love your Lems, but if they aren't the perfect fit, we accept returns and exchanges on unworn items within 45 days of purchase. Please ensure footwear is returned in its original packaging and in brand-new condition to qualify for a refund.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and zip code to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

• 2.
  Print Your Shipping Label

  Follow the prompts to generate a prepaid shipping label, which will be emailed to you immediately upon completion of the request.

• 3.
  Pack Your Shoes

  Place the unworn shoes back in their original Lems box and secure them inside a separate shipping mailer or box to protect the product packaging.

• 4.
  Drop Off and Track

  Drop your package at any authorized carrier location and keep your tracking receipt; your refund or exchange will be processed once our warehouse inspects the return.
